No we are not. In states that have inspections they are allowed to deem a vehicle unsafe and not road worthy. We are not one of those states. I wish we where though. I see vehicles everyday that should not be on the road for safety reasons.

What's funny is to even get it so the car is able to be raised on that hoist, you have to bring it up 3'. Thus limiting it to 3 more feet. I hope he crashes into a group if those and takes out 5/6 cars like that.

um, aren't most of our trucks that way?

although I see no point in having a car like this, from the mechanic's point, is there a difference?

(purely talking about the point of limiting use of the hoist, not the booty fab)
