Stolen socks would be far, far sadder.

There are a few, I have suspicions, but don't know any personally so can't really say

Keep your eye on pawn shops and Craigslist/eBay.

And no I didn't steal or buy your stolen shocks. Cuz I got two sets at the same time and bought them all months ago.

I thinks there is gonna be some welding involved when the next set goes on

Thanks, there are some Raptor Forum vendors that are about the same, or even a bit cheaper

OK, of course I have not seen anything pop up on ebay.

Dealer price for the replacements is just shy of 2 grand for the pair. Insurance has a low deductible, so I have made a claim. I am on the hunt to upgrade to 3.0s, but I am still trying to figure the $$$ difference. The ICON shocks I want are about $2500, so I need to come up with 500 bones. May seem easy but between taxes, babies, and other poo this year I can think of better places to put $500.

Of course all the factory Raptor shocks are on back order, not a single warehouse in the country has them, and I will need the Icons shipped from Texas or California.

I can get King 3.0s or the Fox 3.0s air dropped direct for close to the same price as the OEM replacement. Truck goes to the dealer tomorrow to get an "official" estimate, and then I can decided what to do. So much for taking the Raptor out to the Two Trackers Forest Clean-up again this year....

Paint up a set of sweet 15 dollar Monroe specials to look like the Fox units, let them work at thieving for nothing.

But honestly, time for a cheap wireless security cam covering the driveway. Once they cash in on those, chances are next time they need a quick buck they'll be thinking about your truck again.

Sounds like your next set need some kind of identifier marking engraved in them or something, even if you found yours there would be no way to prove they were yours.

I would weld the nuts to the bolt and start arming your alarm (assuming it has one, if not get one) at night.

These are pretty BA for $2200.

I guess they are pretty much the same as the FOXs linked previously. I didn't catch they were 3.0's also.

Put the money toward the Fox or King 3.0 upgrade shock. The factory fox are nice for a stock shock but it will definetly be a big upgrade.

Order them from Downsouthmotorsports mentioned above. They are who I get my shocks from and are great to work with. Call them and tell them what you really do with it and they will make sure they are setup right the first time.

I have been looking at the King, Fox, and Icon 3.0s. Might as well turn a crap of a situation into something better. So far the Icons are still more than I would want to cover out of pocket, the Kings and Foxs I have quotes very similar to OE replacement from the dealer. Just doing a little more research before I know for sure what I want to do.

Security will be on the list for sure. Including a remote fire .50 cal me thinks.

What about ori's?

Idk what type of wheeling you do but they have built in bump stops and limit straps I believe. Not sure if they only make air shocks though for actually lifting it or if they also make just shocks...
