2005 F150 bumper?

Hey guys.
Think im going to build a bumper for my f150. Just something better then a factory with some tow hooks and maybe a spot for my winch. Anyone have a good aftermarket one or built one that they can get me some pictures of how they mounted theirs to the truck?
Thanks

Just remember never attach the bumper to the frame, only hook it to the grill! Get building, it will be sweet!!

No one is going to believe its any good unless you post pictures of dragging the truck around with a loader by the bumper
