Default 96 F-350 4x4 whats is worth

The 96 F-350 is a bit rusty on the body, could use new fenders and a bed. And front and rear bumpers. Doors are ok.

351 Auto with almost 100,000 miles.

I pulled the motor to change the oil pan and water pump and go over everything else.

I am contemplating putting it back in or maybe part it out and keep the axles for my 2000 F-350.

If I put it back together I was thinking about making or buying a flatbed for it.

What are your thoughts and what would you do?
