Default Used soft top install woes

We picked up a 93 YJ with a hard top. we didnt want the hardtop so I found a soft top at the junkyard with all the hardware, half doors and soft uppers.

Problem is, I can't get it to fit. Its seems to fit just fine from the windshield to the center bow. After that, it appears to be too small to be able to :
1. fully expand the bows
2. attach the back channels and corners. Not even close.

I've owned a 92 YJ before. It appears to be the same top and hardware. OEM.

For the life of me, I can't figure it out. It fit the junkyard jeep just fine. I'm not sure of the model year but it was a YJ and had a family style rollbar, 91-95ish

HELP! I'm trying it again on a sunny day just to be sure.

Secure the canvas all the way around, then extend the frame into position. If it's a Bestop, they can be a real pain of its not 85 degrees out.
