Since the video is so stable I am guessing someone set a camera up close? If someone was holding a phone or something like that the camera would be shaking all over the place.

Reminds me of when the guys on top gear drove semi's in MI and one of their trucks had fireworks in the back and it did the same thing, which was 100% set up but looked similar!
