The little 70's Suzuki RM50 I had as a kid. I don't know why but I still miss that little bike, but it needed work as I think the rings were gone when I finally got rid of it.

sold my XJ a few years ago for pennies on the dollar. while it was time for a change i do regret it because it'll be years, if ever, that i'll get to do something like that again.

had a buddy come over one day, asking what i wanted for the motor in my race car. shot him with what i thought was an out of range number, and the prick had it in his pocket. i was pissed, but honored the deal.

I regret selling a few, but the regrest are usually based on what you know now, not then.

For me, the ones that I regret, are when I sold something because of a certain set of circumstances/reasons, and then those things change.

I regret selling my last TJ, and my M35A2 Vietnam deuce. The TJ didn't fit all 3 of the kids in it, and the Army Truck, I had nowhere to park it out of the weather, and I had some weird severe allergic reaction to parts of the interior (the steering wheel, at least).

Today, I have a pole barn, that could fit the Deuce in it no problem, and I have a CJ7 very similar to my TJ in lift/size/features. Shoulda kept them.

My 03 Duramax. It really was a pretty good truck, I just didn't realize it at the time. I was impulsive one day when it pissed me off and traded it in. By now it would be paid off for a few years and still have relatively reasonable mileage for a diesel.

Oh well, it is what it is.

lol, hate it when that happens. Thats how I ending up working for Chrysler the last time. They called me to get me back, I gave them a number I knew they wouldn't meet to get them to go away. I went to go work Camp Jeep in Virginia, came back, and had a fedex waiting with the offer letter meeting my #. Oops, guess I gotta quit my job!

all you can do is base decisions on what you know at the time. cant beat yourself up if you made the right call at the time

Life is too short to live with regrets. Live life one day at a time and enjoy every one you have to live.

I know I'm going to regret selling my house on the lake...for pennies on the dollar, but it's too far away from where I moved to feasibly keep as a cottage. Adding insult to injury, I'll never earn enough to own a place on the lake where I relocated.

I regret selling A LOT of things. Mostly vehicles because of how much fun they were.

...but I will ALWAYS regret selling this one. Like a sharp kick in the gut every time I think about it...

I wouldn't say backwards in life, but definitely backwards in earning potential/cost of living/career enjoyment.

Only regret I have is selling my 1967 mustang gta fastback. Sold it for way too little compared to what it's worth now. If I could find one for a decent price I'd be all over it.

I honestly cannot think of a thing I've sold that I've regretted. But, I typically keep stuff until it falls apart, or I hate it so much, I have to sell it.
