well that means in the UK you can expect to see lots of arab terrorists on bikes getting their cloak/togga outfits caught in their bike chains. Either that or walking.

they have been doing it for 10 years now in accident blackspots but were intending to put a monitor in every car to measure what speeds you were doing and on what roads and how far and charge you per the mile to drive. man it sux to live here
