Default 4Runner or Grand cherokee?

So as im sitting here drinking a beer i keep tossing the offer around that i got. A feller wants to trade me his Grand cherokee ( 96 4Liter 160k decent shape) Rough in a few areas, but im sure i could get it looking nicer. Hes also willing to throw in +/-- $500 for my 4Runner ( 214xxx rebuilt engine and nicer overall. What would YOU do? Just wanna hear some gear heads thoughts..

Thats kinda were im at, I know not every blue book value is 100% accurate but i honestly feel like my yota is alot nicer. Only reason im entertaining it is, i know the 4liter alot better and parts for jeeps seem to be overall cheaper. Just wanted to get more thoughts.
