My wife must have bought bad turkey bacon a bunch of times, because I finally decided I would either eat less real bacon or no bacon instead of turkey bacon.

So you really are stupid?

there is always something colder, warmer, healthier, fatter, skinier, etc.

Though, I don't figure you can grasp that concept.

And some things are just not healthy, no matter what spin you put on it. Bacon is one of those things. By your comparison one could say smoking filtered cigarettes is healthier than smoking non-filtered cigarettes.

How many chemicals are in that turkey to make it taste like pork bacon? Not to mention the amount of salt or salt like substance.

Yeah, you're right. I don't live with a degreed nutritionist who's mother is also a nutritionist and dietician. I'm just spewing some hancho here.

Did you consult them on this? I have a nutrition degree as well and can say the only benefit to turkey bacon is lower calories and fat. There is usually more sodium in turkey bacon though and it is more processed generally. At the end of the day, if you're not counting calories it's a wash between the two.

No, I just spewed some shit hancho style.

Turkey bacon isn't healthier, I said that organic uncured bacon is healthier than the turkey bacon as well as regular bacon.

More so my fiance spoke to her mother regarding cured vs uncured organic bacon and whether the added cost would be worth it for the health benefits and if it was worth us buying.

It's not about the calories, its about the chemicals and shit

Now as much as I agree with your statement, I must say that organic standards are virtually nonexistent. So if you have your organic products tested I bet you'd be shocked at what shows.

For some people, myself included, macros and calories are the priority. If I spent many time worrying about chemicals I'd never eat or drink on this planet unfortunately.
