I have the "halfstar" v6 in my aurora. Yup, uses oil. I slowed it down some when I vound it was leaking a little under pressure at the oil pressure sending unit but it still uses some. Gotta love those aluminum motors!

You never have to change the oil, just add more and you complain.

Just can't make you people happy.

It called the drive it clean system.

Oil catch cans do help a little with this on some cars.

Yup. I will be going back to the dealer tomorrow. I am done being nice about this. This has dragged on for almost 3 weeks now. Each time I go to the dealer it has been nothing but a head ache. Am I rong? The oil should be at the top hole and at the top of the grid pattern right? It is at least 1 quart above that. If this doesnt go the way I think it should, there will be a Flow Motors, Auto Center, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Volkswagon, Honda, Kia, Subaru, Audi, Mini, BMW of Winston Salem thread started soon. This Flow dude owns just about every car dealership around here. You would think they would make this right.

Do you ever wonder how he came about owning all of those different dealerships? I'm not saying they are all shady or looking to rip their customer off, but these larger ones seem to care a little less about their customers.
