Hello Everyone,

I am the lead auctioneer for the Mike Yeck Estate Auction and want to make some clarifications so everyone is all on the same page.

#1. There are no reserves. Everything will sell regardless of the final bid price.

#2. Pay attention to the Open House dates for this auction. There is one on April 17th and Wednesday, April 24th from 5-7 p.m. This is a great opportunity for you to inspect anything you attend on bidding on for the BIG auction on April 27th.

#3. There is a Buyer's Premium. 10% if you pay in cash. 13% if paying with an in state (No out of state checks) or credit card. If you bid $100 on an item your total will be $110 or $113.00.

#4. For April 27th. ALL PARKING IS AT CABELAS. Shuttle busses will be running throughout the day.

The best site to bookmark is www.MichiganAuctionCompany.com (Click on Upcoming Auctions) as this is where up to the minute updates will occur.

We look forward to seeing you and thanks for creating all the buzz about this auction. I'm glad that you recognize what a big deal this really is. Auctions like this don't happen often so be sure to enjoy yourself.

Respectfully,

Kenny Lindsay, CAI

Did he die? He was a cool old dude. He was president of the MVPA (Military Vehicle Preservation Association) and inherited a lot of his stock from other old members as they would die. He loved to give tours of his collection and used to take at least one vehicle per year to Camp Jeep also.

This is almost certainly the biggest collection in the world. Sad that he is gone. Just glad I had the chance to go through his collection with my son before he died.

Only a week to go to this huge auction. Cannot wait for this one. Going to be a fun auction to work.

I went to the "museum" several years ago and really enjoyed the afternoon. Wish I was in a position to buy some of this stuff.

Thinking about going to this. I am afraid I will buy a too much stuff and spend way too much $$$, or might be to rich for my blood? It sounds like there will be a big turnout? I might just have to go for the entertainment factor

Neither. Those are the two main auctioneers Kenny and David. They are good friends of mine. I am just coming in to be one of the ringman for this auction. I doubt I will do any bid calling on Saturday.
