Default 1972 Baja Beetle 3500$ obo looking to sell asap

Please click the link for pictures, looking to get 3500 without the turbo stuff with the paddles or 3000 without paddles or turbo stuff. My number is listed under the craigslist ad.

https://grandrapids.craigslist.org/cto/4777913894.html

Whos looking for a cool, fun winter project?? I have my 1972 Baja that i have had for alittle over a year up for sale. Would be a great winter project, doesnt need much.

Here is a list of what all it has/needs. The car will be sold NON-TURBO unless the buyer seriously wants it turbocharged. Car will also come with like new paddle tires with steel rims (rims might be to small, they are not mounted).
HAS:
1972 frame/body

1641 Dual port motor
ported and polished heads
HD valve springs
HD retainers
MSD 6al with hvc2 coil
autometer oil psi gauge
5in auto meter tach

Stock IRS trans
HD side covers (not installed)
T handle shifter

4 inch wider Ball joint front beam
new ball joints
Beam adjusters

IRS rear
3x3 trailing arms with new bushings
930 stub axles
930 trans flanges
930 cv joints
chromoly axles

New 15x4 front wheels and 15x8 rear wheels
Sparco steering wheel
dual cutter brake (installed but not plumbed)
RCI 14 gallon fuel cell
Roll over vent
Plexiglass front and rear side windows
NEEDS:

The car has some rust, mainly heat channels in the rear and some rocker rust. Paint job is just rattled canned, doesn't look bad but could be better. Has working wipers, turn signals, head lights, running lights and brake lights. Wiring isnt bad but could use some sorting, steering dampner is not installed because the bracket needs to be moved due to the widened beam.

Car needs some TLC but is still a fun project.

Thanks guys!
