Would also be interested in borrowing a set. I have a D44 and 9" I could swap in.

Do you care which gears they have?

I do have a set of TJ axles under my CJ6 right now, that I could get rid of. They have 3.08 gears (dana 30 / 35). They also have 30x9.5 tires (tires are pretty worn out but work as rollers) with aluminum aftermarket rims. They are complete with steering and brakes.

$200 for axles, $300 if including wheels/tires

They are still attached, so would need a day to pull them, since I assume I will have to fight with every bolt...

That price makes me want them. Unless I find something better I will pick them up. Can you have them ready for early Sunday?

Will they bolt right back into a TJ?

Should. I think one brake drum is stuck I think. I got a rolling chassis from somoene on the board, who drove the Jeep, until he parted it out. So everything was supposedly working. I have never opened them up or anything. I just bought it for the frame. (which has turned out to be a bit rusty )

If you want them, let me know in time, so that I could work on removing them on saturday at some point.

thanks :-)
