Default SOLD '87 Chevy Dually Front D60

Located just SW of Chicago, but will be heading up the west side of the state Wed and may be able to drag it along (it's a heavy SOB)

Complete lockout to lockout, the splash shields are rusty, but otherwise looks good. This from an '87 1 ton DRW, Kingpin, non neckdown shafts. I don't know the gearing yet, but should by the end of the day. $750 OBO would like to sell quickly- it nearly gives me a hernia every time I move it :tonka:

those are easy to convert back to single wheel. you just have to remove the hub extension and drive the lug studs back into the hub from the back. by the way the code for the axle should be on top of the tube next to the right side of the case. scrap it down and the dealer can tell you what gears are in it

Yep Chevy, Ford and Dodge all had dually front D60s- that would be the D60 used on a truck with a dually rear. And if you don't know what side drop a Chevy is, you probably shouldn't attempt to talk smack in someone else's for sale thread for one.

It has 4.10 gears, from what I can tell by rotating it- haven't cleaned up the tag yet...

I've never seen a Chevy Dana 60 with spacers from the factory. I have 3 sets of dually hubs from a Chevy 60 and they all have a fully cast hub with the wheel bearings and the rotor pressed in.

The SRW hubs are pretty pricey.

The DRW hubs can be machined to a SRW configuration pretty easily with a decent lathe and ream to open up the rotor threads to press the studs through.
