Here's my toy i built a couple years ago, took it out Anchor Bay a few times and it was a blast. It'd do 60mph no problem

In fact the engine is out of an old John deere JDX4, its a 292cc. Had it sitting around and why not, from the factory it was rated right around 24hp. With the screws in the tires, it'd pull some mean wheelies and keep up with the quads
