Default Recommend Me A Mattress - Tempurpedic or Sleep Number or ?

Pretty sure our six year old mattress is causing my newest back issues.

Trying to keep the price of the mattress under $700 if possible.

What have you tried and what can you recommend? I'm really leaning towards a Sleep Number Classic.

Thoughts?

Check out some of the memory foam deals on Overstock.com. I have one of the no name 8" mattresses and it has worked well.

Memory foam makes me sweat in the summer. One nice thing about the sleep number is you can adjust it. Sometimes my back likes super firm, sometimes not as much.

I love my tempurpedic cloud, best nights sleep I've ever had. I don't have back problems but I used to not be able to sleep on one of my shoulders and now I can on the mattress. My brothers back issues all but went away when he got one.

It can get hot, but what I do is sleep with a sheet instead of a blanket in the summer and keep the heat down in the winter and all is good.

I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on this one.

That looks good.
Personally I have a sleep number bed and for the first time in 15 years I don't get up 4 hours after going to bed and finish the night on the hot tub or the recliner. The only down side is the price.

Went ahead and ordered it. With a 10 year protection plan and free shipping it was under $450. Multiple sites provided excellent and very well educated/informed reviews from customers.

Can't wait for it to get here now.

Just spend the cash and get a tempurpedic mattress. I bought one and it cured all my back issues.
