I read it, but I am still confused, so I will ask the dumb question.

how does this directly affect ORV routes/trails, parks, future growth, etc?

X2, does this mean that previously retricted areas could be opened up to ORV travel?

To me it reads it wouldnt be as easy for them to grab any additional land for non orv use.

That's how I am reading it too - and two or three proposed amendments from a very liberal legislator from Ann Arbor have already been shot down, so I believe it is one to encourage your elected officials to support.

When you contact Hanson, ask him about SB 0068 too - He sponsored that one, it's the bill that is trying to work out some new ORV definitions and frankly looks like trouble for the 4x4 community, which typically he has been a strong supoporter of
