Default Wisdom Teeth Recovery

So I got 3 wisdom teeth pulled about 3 hours ago, two simple and one a complex extraction. No one in my family ever had them pulled and I really have no input as to how recovery usually goes. Obviously I am aware that every person is different but if I can get any "wisdom" from you guys it would be appreciated. I have to work tomorrow, think ill be okay? Feeling pretty shitty right now.

I was 50% by that night, 75% by the next day, and close to back to normal within 2 days.

Mine is not typical I'm never normal for surgery's or recovery. I had a week off,all mine were impacted 3 teeth and one blob. I also had growths on my jaw(broken before),removed. The blob and growths had to have an autopsy. Then infection and dry sockets. . Only good thing was my sister had had her's done and couldn't take the meds. So I had double doses.

That sounds like total bullshit. Sorry to hear that.

I had all 4 pulled at once the lower on each side got infected. Pain was not horrible but when one of the infected sockets finally leaked it was nasty.

Man, I just recall that was not fun. Two of mine were impacted, the other two had partially popped out.

I'm fairly certain I'm in a porno movie somewhere... The nurse was super model hot, the doctor was a handsome fellow. I had them put me completely out, when I woke up my button up shirt was untucked from my pants. true story!

I had all four pulled at the same time. The only thing I remember is one of the stiches came loose a little and started to taste bad, mouth wash didn't make it any better, for long. I think I had to use vodka as a mouth wash to make the taste go away longer.

When they tell you not o drink with a straw or sip any warm or hot fluid. they absolutely mean it. You will get dry socket.

God help you if it happens.

Had 4 impacted, growing sideways with hooked roots. 2 infected. Had all four removed, the doc had to cut them apart to get them out. Novacaine had worn off halfway through the last one.

I was eating dinner 4 hours later.

Next day, I felt something funny in my mouth, it was a small piece of root the doc missed, it worked it's way out.

Overall, not too painful. I've had worse.

Oh- follow the directions to avoid dry socket, and try to keep your tongue out of the holes where the teeth were.

I had all 4 done at once. I had a broken foot at the time and was on crutches. I remember crutching into the office and the next thing I recall is waking up at home in the lazy boy. Apparently I was able to crutch myself out of the office into the car for the ride home and then into the house. Its strange not having a recollection of any of that.

No real problem with the teeth, went to class the next day.

On a side note, I met one of the managers for ES a few months back..... or was it transport, can't remember...
