lq4 head options

trying to figure out some info for which direction might be best....

have a lq4 6.0 that's cammed/tuned/headers. looking to make a little more power, especially the lower end so I figured raise the CR to help that.

main question is should I buy a used set of 243s or just have the current 317s milled? the 317 option is definitely cheaper.

it makes good power, but want more snap on the bottom end and a little faster response.

running a car intake (no room for truck)
current cam spec is
230/224
LSA 112+2
.591/.581

thanks.
