98 Jeep TJ DD SOLD

I have a 98 TJ up for sale. I got it from a member here a few years ago with a bad engine. I rebuilt it and have gone through the Jeep since. Lots of new parts and now that it running and road worthy I have realized I needed something bigger to haul people/stuff around so I bought an XJ. It is a 4cylinder auto and the frame is good. I was going to paint the frame but decided not to because I didn't want anyone thinking I was trying to hide something.

Overall it is a stock TJ, stock axles, no lift, no lockers, etc. I bought it to be a daily driver and that is what it was for about 2 years. Would make a great DD for somebody or would make a good starting point if you want to turn it into a big project.

It has:
146,000 Miles
Rebuilt Engine ( Engine has roughly 15K)
Replaced the trans (trans has roughly 110K)
Replaced the fluids in the axles and Tcase when I got it
Newer U joints in the axle and drive shafts
Newer Shocks all around
Newer Sway bar links
Replaced the head
Replaced the Alternator
Replaced the water pump
Aluminum Radiator
6 Month old Bestop Seats - very few miles, I got the XJ right after I installed them
6 Month Old Bestop Roll Bar Pads
1 Year old Bestop Replacement top
IPF Driving Lights
Aftermarket Kenwood head unit
Pioneer front speakers
Speaker Pods that fit in the rear between the tub and roll bar
In Dash mopar GPS dock and a GPS unit to match
Interior of this Jeep is very nice.
Set of Michelin's with roughly 60% tread left.

The Bad
The front fenders are pretty rough, I have covered most of the rust with a cover
The body is fair-ish, the drivers side rocker has rotted through so it has diamond plate rockers on it and the rear seams have started to show some rust. Otherwise itís just some scratches that need to be buffed out.

Floor heat/ air doesnít work. This is a new development and I think it is just the vac. line that came loose. I'll take a look at it this weekend.

Rear Speaker Pods are there and the wires run but they are not hooked up.

The paint on the hood looks like it has a bunch of small cracks all throughout it. Not sure how or why this happened, has been there since I bought it.

The steering wheel is a bit rough but not horrible. The Steering of the Jeep is perfectly fine! The material on the steering wheel has started to wear through. A Steering wheel cover would fix that no problem.

$4000 obo Need the money to buy a house so not really open to trades unless it is a tow rig (I do need one of those too)

Posting pictures now, will be up in 20

How are the body mounts? Everything I've looked at lately has rusted mounts.

Not a problem, I'll snag a few pictures when I get home. Anything you want to see in particular?
