School me on offroad lights

I just bought a front light bar for my dodge, now its time for the lights. I have searched around on here, and everyone says to get rigid Led's. But I am looking for a round light, not a square or a light bar. And they are a little bit more than what I want to spend right now.

I see halogen lights in 55w, 100w, and 130w. Is 55w enough? Or will I want more light?
I want a 8" light, and I found a set of 130w 8" for $285, but is 130w a little overkill?

Thanks in advanced
