Sorry, but your gun is a huge piece of shit. Lower quality copy of a Kel-tec.

My edc is a Springfield XDS .45, it's a great shooting gun and very easy to carry (single stack .45 subcompact, 3.3" barrel). I'm looking forward to getting a matching 9mm once they are available.

Have you looked at the Ruger LC9? I just got one last month for my wife and we both love the little thing. We have about 150 rounds through it so far so still not completely broke in. The gun shoots extremely well, far better then i expected it to. Fits my hands nicely. No issues and good accuracy. The trigger is hard to get used to because of its length but I no longer notice it and I only have about 100 rounds through it myself.

I recently bought a Ruger LC9, haven't had the chance to fire it yet though. My neighbor has that Beretta nano, the LC9 is noticeably thinner and a smidge shorter.

Over 500 rounds down the pipe and no issues.

Trigger is long but smooth.

You NEED to stop at the shop, (97) guns added into inventory in the last month, we've got an LC9, some Smiths, some Springers, and some hot little Sig P238's....and opportunity for a bunch of other handguns.

Ruger LC9 and Kahr CW9 are the only single stack 9mm we have in stock right now, but we have a bunch of .40's and .380's....

I fondled a Sig 938 a few days ago at Cabelas...I think I'm going to be adding one of those to the collection here shortly. It will make an awesome IWB or pocket carry gun. Not cheap, but I really liked it...definitely could use a pearce mag/grip extension though.

Maybe you are thinking of the CPX1. I also have a CPX-2 and have put roughly 3500 rounds through it with no problems. A couple FTL and that's it. Say what you want but it's a nice inexpensive piece. Fuck that Kel-Tec, had one of those that was nothing but crap. I ended up shooting it with my .308 a few times.

It's not a single stack but I have to help support the cpx-2. No issues with mine at all yet either.

This gun had a crappy reputation in it’s original incarnation. SKYY, as the company was originally called, was founded by former Kel-Tec employees who apparently were not terribly bright. First they built a gun with sub-standard materials. There were more than a few examples of the CPX-1 exploding and injuring shooters. The owner of my local range said they had a CPX-1 explode and shred a guy’s hand at the range. So why did I buy it?

SCCY also designed a piss-poor manual safety which was too easy to manipulate. Apparently it was not uncommon to have the recoil from the first shot cause your thumb to actuate the safety, thus preventing you from firing a follow-up shot without taking the safety off. By that time, though, unless your first shot was a good one, you’re dead. Anyway, the problem was so bad that the company started sending out kits to allow you to remove the safety lever. You don’t need one in a double-action-only (DAO) gun anyway…your finger is the safety. But, I digress.

To make things worse, the company CEO got caught trolling message boards bragging about his products pretending to be a regular consumer. Not good form. Top it off with the fact that the Vodka brand SKYY forced them to change the company name to the even more rediculous “SCCY” (still pronounced “sky”) and you’ve got a winner, right?

lol. Talk crap about Kel-Tec, but you basically own one.

Atleast Kel-Tec has never had a problem with exploding firearms, and has top notch customer service. I've read about SCCY's "Service" people plain out hanging up on their customers trying to get their POS's fixed. Yeah, I'd probably hate my job too if I sold a bunch of junk and had to listen to complaints all day.
