Default WTB- slim 9mm single stack carry piece

My wifes PF9 is a pile of shit. Need a replacement while I send it in for repairs. Keltec has quoted me at 12-14 weeks for a repair.....

Sorry to get off subject. What's wrong with the pf9? A couple of my buddys have them and I have heard good reviews.

It used to be a really good single shot gun (FTE every other round).

I called and they said it was somewhat a known issue and sent me a few parts to fix it (after they said I could send it in, but it will take 12-14 weeks).

I put the new parts in, and now it doesn't fire.

I will sell it to anyone interested in a very nice paper weight.

My daughter's Taurus Millenium Pro Slim 9mm has been trouble-free with virtually no FTFs (maybe zero - they're infrequent enough not to draw attention).

I don't buy junk, and definitely wouldn't let my daughter carry something I wasn't confident in. That being said, I don't own any Kel-Tecs. She is barely 5 foot tall, and the grips didn't work for her on XD, Glock, Beretta, S&W, etc... - we tried them all and I didn't want to go down to a .380.

A friend has the taurus pt709 slim I believe it's called. He just uses it for target shooting and hasn't ever cleaned it and it works great. The trigger pull is definitely nicer than a Kel-Tec.

I have a P11 which I haven't had any trouble with but I don't carry and only wanted something that was cheap to buy and cheap to shoot. I shoot freedom munitions reman ammo and have yet to have an issue.

Just got this for my girl. Beretta nano single stack 9. Fits her small hands well. Also easy to load the mag and chamber a round she tryed several and yes some guns are harder than others.

Part of the problem is - I don't have that small of a grip/hands but I want a smaller gun to carry. I'll have to find a Beretta nano to check out the grip. Oh well as long as it gets the job done.

I've got giant sasquatch hands, and no problem shooting the smallest singlestack 9's, you should be fine.

The nano is an interesting pistol, I'd like to shoot one.

X2 I had a PT709 slim, it was a piece of garbage, I will never own a Taurus Semi-auto again, i have had good luck with their Revolvers though. I have a PM40 and love it, never had an issue with that gun shoots great.

I have also had great luck with my DB9, shot a few hundred rounds though it without an issue.
