Default Printing in MS Excel

Okay, I made a monthly calendar in Excel. I am printing to a plotter. I am trying to print the calendar so it will take up most of the room on the 36" paper roll. So far I can't. I have no idea what to do. I have played around with changing sizes but still no luck. Anybody have an idea how I can print a 36"x36" calendar?

Without seeing all the page settings, you might want to try the "fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall" setting in the print setup menu if you haven't done that already.

^ that, plus, select the calendar cells and nothing else, and use that to set the print area.

The back up way, is just use the scaling/zoom feature and checking it in print preview, to manually get it where you want it.

Select area with cursor. Then go to "page layout on the menu bar and select "set print area". Then go to print preview and insert your settings for the printer (ie., select paper type to 36x36 if that is an option) and tell the printer to "fit to page". Then press print.
