thats a bummer. I had a few little issues with my XP, and lots of other questions and people were pretty helpful.

Just curious, if you don't have a large chunk of property, where can you use one of these?

Does it have to be on 'jeep trails'? I thought the RZR was too wide for most ORV trails. I used to get stopped by the DNR with my Odyssey. (It was about 1" under the restriction IIRC)

Up by rose city they opened up a lot of trails so they can fit through. Fucked up a lot of trails. Last summer the trail we always take to luzerne was just a pain in the ass on a dirtbike when you had to switch ruts in the turns.

Only the 800 and new 570 are 50". 800s or any 900 is wider.

Our 900 was 65" wide.
If youre riding on "jeep" trails you have to be SOS registered.

In the UP you can ride on a lot of roads, and we rode on several snowmobile trails past the DNR with just a ORV sticker.

Also the RZR XP is 64 inchs wide.

A lot of the northern county's in lower michigan allow you to drive down the side of the road, to get from trail to trail.

ours was 65" outside of wheel to outside of wheel. Tires may have something to do with that.
If youre riding in those places and the DNR turned a blind eye, you're a lucky SOB. Thats all there is to it. It does not mean your doing it legally.

Some snowmobile trails in the UP are county roads. We drove all around Grand Marias on the roads. The lady at the gas station said they don't bother anyone up here but I didn't take any chances. Too many good marked trails to risk it.
