It's true, their website makes it tough to find the phone number. I sent this helpful modification to their webmaster asking them to make it easier for prospective customers to contact them.

Okay here's a question. I talked to the guys at Idaho Rob shop.
I asked him if his tunes smoke a lot.
They said no. Very very little.
Aren't they making more power when they smoke a lot??

Smoke does not equal power. Smoke equals wasted fuel. Smoke equals poor tuning. Smoke equals people complaining about diesels being dirty.

Here's rob's truck whooping on a crotch rocket with no smoke after it gets spooled up..........

Im also going to get the trans go jr. shift kit.
From them to. They also said that they have
A deeper trans pan ( about 3 or 4 qts. )
Not sure I need a deeper pan. The Allison keeps pretty cool.

What do you think?

Deep trans pan is a waste of money unless you're towing super heavy. Even then, a larger cooler will do better to keep trans temps down than a deep pan.

X2, I only did the deep pan because I got it next to free.

When you do the TransGo JR, make sure you replace the Spin on filter and switch to TranSynd fluid.

Also, my truck hardly smokes at all. Smoke in not at all an indication of power.
