Default T-Case chain rattle

I'm driving to work this morning and I was coming up to a red light. As I'm slowing down, I noticed a sound. It sounds like a click, almost like a lunch box locker when it clicks. I listen closely and it sounds like it's coming from my tcase. Any idea what this might be? It has never done this before

Mine did that. It ended up being the output shaft bearing.

If your chain gets stretched out bad enough it can rub on the case. If you drain your fluid and it looks like aluminum you have found your problem.
You can put a hd chain in it from alloy usa or put the fat chain in it from a 241 if you get the some other parts with it. Very few parts inside to wear out and easy to rebuild.

I would pull the drive shafts first and check the ujoints and centering ball.
