That is a good price, thanks for the heads up I could use a set for the truck. I scored the deal of a life time on a metric and sae set for $20 each and were the a legitimate gear wrench. I have been relentlessly checking that hardware store again and this is the closest I have found

It shows they are $67.99 online.

You could always buy online with instore pickup, then you will definitely get the price.

That's a nice deal! Just when I can't afford to spend anything on tools, you show me this. Well, I was going to get my dad an LED treble light for Christmas, so maybe I'll make my way by these wrenches!

With that said, there is a Sears outlet across from MJR movie theater in Waterford on M59 that I frequent. I picked up a SAE and metric deep well impact socket set (10 or 12 piece each I think) and paid $20 each. Along with the basic snap torque wrench for about $27 (which is $80 new). Cool thing about that store is one of the guys there rebuilds ratchets so when you take your broken one back to get it replaced, you get a new one, and he will rebuild your broken one and sell it for cheap and it will still have the craftsman hand tool warranty.

Glad thing I caught this and I can ask you guys. I noticed that that ratcheting wrench set is not Craftsman, but Gearwrench. When me and my dad went Christmas shopping for my mom, we passed through Sears and spent a majority of the day looking at tools. I noticed that Sears carry's a lot of those off brand (not Craftsman) tools.

Anybody else notice that or know of their warranties? Maybe their Craftsman tools with a different name?

Gear wrench is a name brand with lifetime warranty. I got mine on amazon for a smoking deal, and warranty them through my work if needed

I have a set of gear wrenches I use everyday on the job. As long as your not trying to break free extremely overtorqued brake caliper bracket bolts they last a long time
