How hard is the detent/rod/springy thingie to get out? As long as its not a pain in the ass to take out I will but if its a pain it might be worth more then you want to spend

It is 2 10mm nuts and 1 10mm bolt, it involves taking the door panel off.

I just found out it is called a door check strap. I also just found out you can buy them from Rock auto for $30 new I just might go that route

I will look tomorrow but at this point in time I'm not ready to disable the truck to the point I can't move it so you will have to wait in the springs till I get ready to scrap what I don't sell.

Going to try and start pulling the motor tomorrow. As soon as its out the truck is going to scrap.

Does it have a plug on the back? Or is there wire that I have to dig out of the door? I've never had the door apart. I will ship on your dime.

I was looking just for the 4way switch from the arm rest. I think it's really easy to take out. No wires

May be interested in a couple dash trim parts, the blank above were the pass airbag is and possibly the headlight switch , but i need to double check if it will work for what i want. Does speedo have trans temp?
