Air bags on rear axle. Fill ports are on each wheel well. Work well. Don't know brand.
No leaks that I know of
I have been using full synthetic oil for the last 3 or 4 oil changes
Changed the trans filter a couple years ago.
Had the diffs and transfer case fluids changed a couple years ago.
Normal wear and tear inside. Armrest lid partially broken but works, radio buttons have wear and some radio lights are out.
Trans is starting to go. 2-3 shift is slow and slides into gear. Sometimes it is worse than others and sometimes it doesn't do it at all. Found some lower mileage transmissions for about $750. Drives just fine. Just slips into gear but moves along as normal.
Currently the engine has a strange issue. When it is first started or has sat for a while it will run fine for a couple minutes, then start lopeing. Sometimes if you let it sit, it will stall out. Mostly it won't. Once it is warmed up, runs and starts perfectly. I replaced the MAF sensor since I had a code but it didn't fix it. Could be the connector has a bad wire just outside the connector. If I still have the truck in a couple weeks, I will be taking it in to get the engine issue fixed.
Fuel door is rusted which has created a streak on the paint under the door.
Small bubble of rust starting over right rear fender. Hasn't broken paint yet. Paint gone above factory exhaust outlet. Covered with the black plasti-dip.
$5000 FIRM KBB shows $7256 in fair condition so even $1500 for transmission work you still have $750 in equity and a great truck.
