Ski nautique 1989 2001
Well it happened again... My family has outgrown yet another Correct Craft. Just like our last Ski Tique, I'm sure I'll miss this one too. With that said, up for sale is my 1989 Ski Nautique 2001.
I have owned this boat for 6 years and feel it is one of the nicer 2001's still in service. I bought this boat in need of repair - the engine block was cracked due to improper winterization, but the hull, floor and interior were all in remarkable condition. I rebuilt a low-mile, std bore 351 for it, using a small rv cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake, and new exhaust manifolds and risers. The boat had 400 hours on it when I acquired it, and it now has 620.
The floor is very solid. The vinyl and stitching are all in really nice condition. I installed a CD player in the glovebox, and there are 4 speakers in the boat. A Correct Craft trailer is included, which has new tires and good bearings- the rest of the trailer needs some love (paint, carpet, wireing, brake lines). The boat also includes a matching red cover.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I will say that the hull graphics are showing their age, the dash panel is cracked, the speedo tubes are plugged and one of the intake grilles is broken. The engine cover also has a small tear where a barefoot boom mount touched it.
The boat is currently winterized and stored but I am looking to sell soon so I can open it up for an interested party. I have a heated garage where you are welcome to inspect the boat, and hear it run. This is a great boat, we just need an open bow at this point.
Feel free to call me or email me for more details. Unfortunately, I don't have any other pictures at this time. $8200

Great boat for skiing...my family has owned several correct craft over the last 20 years, best built ski boats out there (my brother currently works at the headquarters in Orlando), and they really hold their value. Nice boat, looks to be in great shape, wish I could buy this. Free bump for you.
