So...I am supposed to sell an already high-end rifle for a cut rate price when someone else will buy it and sell it for more?

So it is ok for someone else to make money and not me?

They are selling no name clown college AR's for $1,500 at the gunstore. This is nice rifle.

If you have an offer let me know.

Have you been to a gun show lately? There are tons of ar's for uninflated prices there. My buddy bought one last weekend at the one in grand rapids for a pretty reasonable price. 2 or 3 weeks ago a guy I work with went to one in birch run and he said he was amazed that there was table after table full of ar's for descent prices also.

Williams gun sight is getting them in slowly as well, and not marking up prices. The oh shit period of this gun craze is starting to pass.

They really aren't meeting demand... and prices aren't exactly coming back up. its not AS bad, but its pretty damn bad. Gunbroker is a prime example of what the market is at... just like ebay is.

Keep at it.

I would agree still bad, but not as bad. But at this point we know who is gouging and who isn't. Gun broker is definitely the extreme high side, I've heard Michigan prices seem to be pretty low compared to other states.... Probably economy related.

yes MSRP is just that $1096.00, problem is waiting lists at the stores or possibly not getting them at all to the stores so supply and demand equals new prices for guns. If you want to wait on the waiting list and buy them as they are coming in you will probably pay $1096.00 at Williams as they do a good job about this and not inflating the price. But if you can not wait and want it "NOW" you will pay the price set by current ones you see for sale. $1500 is probably not out of the question and I am sure he will get it.
don't be upset becasue you don't have any to sell and make some extra cash. I am also for certain that if you were selling one in this type of market you would not sell it for less then the going rate. It also works the other way when they are sitting on shelfs everywhere and not selling you are not going to give top dollar for something.
are you guys angry becasue you wanted to buy one and now that you must have it your kicking yourself in the butt for not getting it 2 months ago?

Quit shitting on this guy's For Sale thread. If you're not interested in buying his rifle you shouldn't be posting.

This is the exact same sort of bullshit that caused me to pull my AR off this forum...

You guys do realize that you're just killing anyone on this forum who might actually need an AR still, right? If you don't want to pay his price, then kindly move on, or PM him and he can either take your suggestions, or sell HIS stuff at whatever price he wants.

I mean wtf are some of you, anti gun? Because that's really what its starting to look like. If his price is too damn high, nobody will pay it... and if someone does pay it, then I guess they really just had to have whatever in the hell he was selling, but either way... its NOT YOUR PROBLEM.

When I saw the gun store selling an AR made at a clown college for $1,500 I felt mine was worth at least that (if not more)...if there are supposedly "tons for sale" then why are guys driving all over the state trying to find them? The prices I heard about at the most recent Birch Run gun show were higher than what I'm selling for (back in November a low end AR was $750).

I figured I'd list it on here first, give you guys a chance at the rifle before I list it on gunbroker where the same gun is buy it now for $1,898. After shipping and transfer mine is nearly $500 cheaper.
