Default 1997 powerstroke **sold**

1997 F250 crew cab short box 4wd auto xlt package. 7.3L powerstroke. Approx. 260k Class 3 hitch w/ brake controller. Also has goose neck rails in box (hitches not available)$5000

Has rust starting in bottom of doors, and bottom LF fender. Bubbles forming around box wheel wells. Rockers and cab corners almost 100% rust free. Lite damage to bottom pass drs and rocker. Does not effect weather sealing and does not create cab noise-see pics

MANY newer parts. Anything that was ever in question was replaced, truck always needed to be ready and reliable for hauling. Ase master mechanic owned. Truck was primarily used for towing single car trailer. Rides, drives, runs, and tows nice. Looking to upgrade to a box type truck for enclosed hauling. In no means does it have to sell. If i buy a enclosed car hauler before this sells it will be coming off the market.

Water pump (10,000 miles ago)
Serp. Belt (1,000 miles ago)
Two new batteries last week
Glow plugs (motorcraft plugs 10,000 miles ago)
Replaced valve cover gaskets and under cover harness's at glow plug replacement
Oil change about 400 miles ago
Trans is freshly serviced and replace the torque converter 8,000 miles ago
Replace the turbo up pipe collector and gaskets, removed the ebv from the turbo pedestal at the time of the converter replacement
Mechincal fuel pump 5,000 miles ago
Has a MPRB downpipe from turbo and straight 4" pipe out past the rear axle (not loud but has a good tone and slight whistle from turbo I installed a pyro to monitor egt's when towing and also has a boost gauge.
Truck has never had a tuner on it.
Front fuel tank and straps replaced last year
Earlier this past summer replaced front rotors/calipers/hoses and brake lines in the front and repacked the wheel bearings
Has coil overload shocks in the rear
Multiple sensors have been replaced over the last two years-IPR ICP, CKPS etc...
Tie rods and ball joints all MOOG
Tires are 265/75-16 MAstercraft AT2 Load range E
When I purchased the truck I removed the forward valve body in the trans and replaced the springs to increase line pressure to better the trans shifting and reduce heat. It Does not shift hard. Protects the trans better when towing.
Also new postive battery cables (motorcraft replacement)
