Default Second Amendment is a right not a privilege

The Second Amendment is a God given right not a privilege.
Joe Biden and president Obama as well as our senators and representatives job is a privilege
not a right, and they are confused about the difference between the two. And I am appalled
that gun control is even a thought in their mind. Our freedoms have come at tremendous
expense that we have no way to repay. And the least we can do is respect our founding
fathers wishes and do everything in our power to keep the freedoms we enjoy. A good
start to this is to join the NRA, call or e-mail your representative and congressmen and
remind them of the difference between a right and a priviledge. Thank you.

Here is some history of what happened to other countries that passed gun control. It may
seem extreme and I pray that it never happens here. But those that would trade their
freedom for security don't deserve either.

Whether you agree or not, it's an interesting lesson in history. Something to think about...

Just a heads up- with enough support, the Second Amendment can be repealed.

Can Obie muster the support? Unlikely. But the 2A is not etched in stoned, the left knows this and will continue in their efforts to remove it.

Screaming 'It's a God given right!' and proclaiming that firearms will need to be forcibly removed from deceased hands does not endear gun owners to the members of the public that are ambivalent about 2A rights.

A better approach would be emphasizing the family aspects of sport shooting, even perhaps downplaying hunting a bit.

Invite a non gun owner to the range to do some target shooting. A half hour later you will have a 2A supporter.

Show people that guns aren't all about killing. Let them see that the level of calm one must have to hit a bullseye at 100 yards will give you control over yourself that you did not know you possess.

I, for one, find that target shooting is a very relaxing hobby, and not because you are projecting your anger on the target. It's more of a zen like state of concentration.

thanks for the input, these are good thoughts, my goal for posting this thread is to get people to do something to help save our freedoms, the youtube video lets you know what could happen if we don't do anything, any other ideas and who to contact would be great
