Shepherds Pie:
1 lbs burger - $4
2 bags frozen corn,peas, green been mix - $2
2 cans cream of mushroom soup - $3
1 small box instant mashed taters - $2

*Brown burger, drain thoroughly and place evenly across bottom of 9x13 pan.

*cover burger evenly with vegetables

*cover veggies evenly with mushroom soup (do not add anything to soup mix)

*top everything off with mashed taters (made per instructions on box)

Pre-heat over to 350• bake uncovered for 45 minutes until top is lightly browned. Easily feeds 4 men.

All that but grate a brick of ole cheddar, public half in the potatoes, and pit the rest over the top... Mmmmmmm

Dirty rice. Pick a ground meat, add sausage slices if you'd like, rice, finely chopped veggies, season to your taste. Many variations out there, here's one.

Hobo Nachos
Make one big saltine cracker with for little saltine crackers. Put one slice of American cheese over the square. Heat in microwave until cheese melts. Cover with your favorite taco bell sauce packet.
