I didn't factor that cost into my calculations because I hunt for fun so that is just the cost of my hobby.

When really broke I've added some frozen veggies to my ramen to make it a little more of a meal.

Slice taters in small pieces fry in butter and add cream corn and let simmer. Approx $2.25 to serve 2 people. For the gourmet version add some brazed ground round! DELICIOUS

Mac n cheese and hot dogs, hot dogs and buns, spaghetti, tacos, biscuits and gravy, 5 o'clock gin, grilled cheese and tomato soup, hamburgers, meth, any breakfast food, hamburger helper, McDonald's dollar menu, cheap steak and a potato. My personal favorite is go to a friend's house that has kids around supper time. Batchelors don't always cook but people with kids do and they always offer to feed you

Wat?!!! I went salmon fishing and brought home about 40lbs of fish! My whole family got to the point of being sick of salmon dishes including me!

Oh and I use real noodles and home made broth

I just use the word "ramen" as a layman term, but since you want me to skip it I can't marry you. I'd rather marry Bones. He has a sweet ride.

Remove from heat, to prevent splatter. Then add one 26oz can of Spaghettios. Heat until simmering, stirring occasionally. Then let cool for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy

Total cost $1.32(Spaghettios) + $0.49 (4 Bars hot dogs) = $1.81

What other low cost, but good tasting meals are out there? Ramen noodles don't count and bonus points for one pan recipes.
