I personally would just use taller gussets front and back. But you are probably right, it will be fine, I just don't 'like' how it looks. Same with the truss, seems like that should be tied into the cover or something, but I don't like trusses in general lol

I agree it's tall but has to be so the uppers are both the same height. As for the truss there isn't any other way to to mount the upper link unless you weld somthing to the diff. And I'm not a fan of welding to cast.

I agree, welding steel to cast is no good. What about tieing into the diff cover?

Joe and I had discussions about how to do this a well. I am not a fan of trusses either but since the axles we are using are different than a D 60 we kind of had to compromise on form and functionality. I wanted to keep the bulk and lines to a minimum because of the occasional daily driver status of the Jeep, and the fact that if I do wheel it I will trailer it to the venue and I'll find the weak spots as they arise. So as far as how this turns out I'll leave most of the decisions involving fab to Joe with some consulting as needed. How it turns out we'll have to see as it is a work in progress.

I also appreciate the comments as well because there are some really nice rigs that people have done as well that may help us eliminate some future problems.
Thanks again.

Don't mind the Boggers with the dumb off set rim. Just using them to roll it around

Still unknown. As for the h2 the rears don't fit over the hub. They will need to be machined out. Steering is still being a hassle. Having some packaging issues.

More updates to come soon.

Now there's some room for the rear stretch!

Steering and a little flex.

They are a pain in the ass but it went together good. I put the pump in the freezer and a hot rag around the tank and it slid in with a little help.
