any ideas guys

i drive a 2000 zx3 2.0 dohc zetec 5sp. ive had it for 2 years with very little problems now all of a sudden under heavy acceleration it sort of chugs every time i go to get on it and it usually happens in between the rpms of 2500 to 5000k if it does it then once i get into the higher rpms it goes away it also does it at idle if i give the car more than 1/2 throttle

i have already replaced the plugs and wires and the coil pack i am going to clean the throttle body and mass air flow senser any ideas on what could cause this problem
