Default Rain in Puerto Vallarta

Well I guess a day in Mexico is still better than a cold gray day in Michigan. My family and I have enjoyed a few nice days here in Puerto Vallarta and now the rain has rolled in. I was wondering, has anyone ever been here before and found any cool things to do in the rain? It looks like it's going to rain the next few days so I've got to find something for the kids to do or they are going to drive me crazy!

Is the corona brewery still in town? Used to give free tours and beer. It's been a hella long time since I have been there though. Maybe look into some scuba diving (not the larger group boats!). Diving was great down there and it's right off shore.

Assuming that you're staying at a resort, they should be able to set you up with some cool things to do, even in the rain. They can also get a flat rate taxi for you so you don't get screwed.

Check out Murphy's Irish Pub down town. The owner has family right here in Holland/Saugatuck and I think he's from Michigan. Cool place, good food, great location downtown.
