Default Jeep TJ Bumper Hitch Recommendations Needed

I have a TJ Unlimited with the stock bumper and Mopar 2" receiver hitch, that I would like to replace. The Jeep has a towing capacity of 3500, which I would like to keep. Is there an inexpensive aftermarket bumper/hitch that is towing rated? I found an Oympic Wrecker bumper that would work, but it doesn't look very good. I appreciate any feedback!

Anything but Smittybilt - want to see where the welds failed on mine? Great choice if all you need is a cheap bumper with a tire carrier, just don't hook it up to anything.

Most aftermarket bumpers are not load rated. Not because they cant handle the load, but because it costs a lot of money to have it certified with the national highway safety admin. I have a pos rugged ridge china made bumper on my tj and I am more concerned with my frame breaking then the bumper.
I pull my water logged 20' hurricane deck boat all over with my tj and have had no problems with the rr bumper.Im sure it is over 3500 lb.
Just make sure to buy frame tie ins if the bumper does not come with them. Most dont.

This is the rear tire swinger I have. Yes its smittybilt, Yes it is not as nice as other big name brands. But when I bought it I was on a budget and I paid roughly $250 for it on sale roughly two years ago. I have not had an issue with it yet its holding up fine and I pull my 5x8 trailer with it all the time. I have pulled my enclosed single axle 6x12 with two quads in it weighing about 2000lbs and have not had an issue.
