Some of them got in their position by making bad decision no doubt but there is no way to tell how they got where they are. You would be amazed what a little kindness will do. They are PEOPLE just like me and you. Treat them as such!!!
I agree

Indians (from India) might be the worst offenders. I went to Germany a year ago and they thought nothing of accosting every white person in the parks around Berlin.I was amazed at how brazen the kids were, and how good they knew their roles. I mean, these people knew exactly who had already given money, who told them to piss off, and who had yet to be bothered. My buddy made the mistake of giving the first little kid 5 Euro and paid for it with more beggars until we left the park. I, on the other hand, don't support begging as a career and gave nothing and was not asked for anything after the first wave.

Get the fukc off the side of the road and go find a job.
I see these people around here as well... I always feel that the only reason they are asking for free money is that they feel a minimum wage job is below them... Here, if you want to work, there is lots of part time work, but it may not give you enough hours... You might have to get 2 part time jobs to survive...

I give to charities, and not charity cases...
