Lean on your friends and they will pull you through !! I don't know what I would have done without mine !! Get out , and stay out of the house except to sleep , that helps too !!
You said (Bitch don't deserve me) Just keep reminding yourself that !!

She left the house so hopefully that will help me in court. I always heard you shouldn't leave. Who knows tho. She doesn't give a shit about the house that I have redone from the ground up anyway so we'll see what happens. Got out on the sled the last few days to get out and get my mind off shit.

Yeah your right about sticking with the house !! It does make a difference if she just waked away like that , it shows your still trying and she's not !! I was a carpenter and it sounds like you did the same thing that I did , re-did the house from the floors to the roof , drywall , trim , electrical , plumbing , etc , and trust me she don't deserve it !! It was your hard work , your busted knuckles , killing yourself to get shit done and going to work on 3 hours of sleep if any at all !! No way fight for that f*cker !! I just meant get out as much as you can and do "anything" to take your mind of everything right now !! Every time your in that house , your going to think of her !! So untill you start to get over her just keep yourself busy !! I made that mistake of sitting in the house and procrastinated about everything , and before I knew it I convinced myself everything was my fault (which wasn't true) finally my friends got me out of the house and it made a HUGE difference , go hang out at a friends garage that is rebuilding a dirt bike or Jeep or whatever !! (Trust me it helps) ** I know my posts are long and I apologize , but its only because I know exactly what your going through and it sucks balls ** Oh ya , If you do go out and happen to hook up and get laid , don't do it at your house and don't brag about it , technically your still married and if she finds out she can use that against you in the divorce !! That was the first thing my lawyer told me !! Good luck !!

It took about 5 days or so to get off the couch but got out and did some shit the last few days. Got some antidepressoin meds which seem to be helping too. Of course a good hook up would make me feel best of all! Not doing that yet though.

Antidepressents take 2-6 weeks to start helping. I think you were experiencing the placebo effect but if it helped, who cares.

They also gave me adivant so I think that is what's helping. The doc did say 4 to 6 weeks for the other stuff. I hate to have take this shit but if it works it works.
