Default Propane 400 sbc

Anybody doing this?

Desired compression ratio?
Power?
Torque cam? Heads?

Going to start gathering parts for the motor build.

Plan is propane only, eliminate carb entirely.

Bump

Trying to weigh my options for fueling. Do not want to go tbi or efi with this truck. So either carb or propane.

If you wanted to build a propane only motor you could bump up the compression a tad, If you did that you could probably be close in the power output of the motor running on gasoline

I haven't checked, but I think the compression is pretty high already.

Can I check it with the carb off?
