Default 94 xj project $900 firm ***SOLD***

1994 jeep xj 4.0 aw4 176k miles 4x4 4 inch rough country lift $900 firm located in Union City Michigan

I bought this jeep last fall for a winter beater and future trail rig, but I have since decided to go a different route. It had death wobble when i bought it so I replaced the following parts on the dana 30 up front right away.
wheel bearings
tie rods
ball joints
jks drop track bar and bracket

I also have replaced the starter and put in a gell cell battery
It does have a dana 35 rear axle with a lockright locker that has been trouble free.
32x11.50R15 bfg all terrains best one 3/32 tread mounted on black aluminum mb motoring rims.
I built a solid start to a front bumper out of some 6" C channel and mounted it on the front.

The windshield is cracked, there is no radio, and the rear doors don't work from the outside. I accidentally punched a hole in the top of the gas tank while removing the floor.
The engine runs great and the trans shifts great, it is wheelable as is.

This is not a suitable daily driver right now. After installing the sye I needed a longer rear drive shaft so I cut and extended one myself. Its plenty strong and is balanced enough to go for a test drive but I would not daily drive it until a proffesionally balanced drive shaft is installed.

The reason I am listing this as a project is I didn't realize when I bought it, but the floor is gone. I replaced the passenger floor myself and it turned out really well (pics below). I don't have the time or the barn space to work on it now, so I am letting it go for way less than I have into it. This is a good start to a solid trail rig. I should add that the interior has been removed but is currently piled up in the back of it.

I have a spare 96 model aw4 and np231 with 120k miles and a few misc. parts I'll throw in with the jeep.

Here is the floor after welding the panels in before I undercoated it

Here is after I scaled, wire wheeled, and undercoated the unibody rail before I welded in the sheets for flooring.

This is right after I pulled the carpet up and removed the piece of sheet steel the p/o put under the carpet so I couldn't tell the floor was gone.

Not looking for any trades, cash only. Delivery is available for $1.50 per loaded mile.

Yeah, it's on the top and is pretty small. I was using a sheet metal cutter on an air hammer to cut the rust spots out and it just barely caught it.

Cut the rust spots out of the body I should say. I wasn't cutting rust spots out of the gas tank.

So does it still have the deathwobble? Take any trades? Is the front bumper tied in or just bolted to the factory bumper holes?

The death wobble is gone. I'll trade for cash. The bumper is mounted using 3 bolts per mount. It's stronger than stock, but not as strong as some I've seen. I built it with the intentions of beefing it up later on.
