Default front face of block, 351W vs 5.0L

Is there a difference? Can I take a full FEAD from a 5.0L and bolt it on to a 5.8L?

The brackets are different due to the width difference between the 2 engines. On old engines it was simple to modify brackets not sure on the newer stuff.

Silly engineers. Took me a minute to figure out what a FEAD was.

I don't think the 5.0 and 5.8 will interchange directly. The brackets going from timing cover to the heads will be different, but the head mounted parts and block mounted stuff should bolt up. Timing cover is the same and heads are the same, just different deck width.
