My dad and I both use the jerky seasoning from Gander Mountian. They have multiple flavors. Then we either use my smoker or my dad dehydrator

Look at the store for high mountain jerky cure. Comes in several different flavors.

here's a great place to buy all your meat prep, sausage, and jerky supplies. The Hi Mountain original saddle bag, and the hickory wagon train are my favorites this year.
