In other news, I just installed an upgraded lower intercooler pipe from idparts.com. Its a noticable difference! The car feels like it accelerates so smoothly now!

I appreciate the offer, Im not looking to modify it that much. If I touch the suspension Itll be a 1-1.5" spring drop just to give it a nice stance. Thanks though!

To the top. She's sitting on the stock winter wheels now for winter. I got a brand new set of center caps for the GLI wheels too.

Had the car hooked up to VCDS just to look everything over today and discovered the MAF sensor is bad. I ordered a brand new bosch replacement unit from IDParts.com. $120 bucks! This is the recommended replacement unit for OEM. Supposedly a longer lasting better unit than OEM aswell

On case anyone is wondering. The shop that did the motor work is top notch. I know Matt personally and the man knows his tdi's. I wouldn't let anyone else but him touch one

Bump for a nice car

Thanks man! Kraig Keith is the guy who did the work. Matt actually rented the shop from Kraig. Matt moved back to Detroit over the fall. Matt and Kraig worked together for years building TDI parts and working on TDIs. They are both a big name in the TDI world. Kraig did a fantastic job on the car
