on my 88 i swapped out the blower motor and the resistor pack.

$50 for both combined, 30ish for motor and 20 for resistor pack.

cheap enough to justify replacing both, and its easy enough to do even somebody as mechanically retarded as me to do without getting dirty in under an hour with just a screwdriver.

dont know if it would help since its blowing cold, dont know how it would help since im not really sure how it all works exactly...but with mine i was only working at lower fan speeds and it was cold, blows better than a half drunk paris hilton now! the plug into the back of the heater/ac controls was also loose and causing issues.

could your plug to the controls be loose/not in there all the way? if its blowing good but cold with it set on high it could not be getting told to switch to heat from air.

This!

Just did a 99, wouldn't blow any heat but held the temp good on the engine. Major air bubble. I added over a gallon of coolant through the upper heater core hose with the radiator cap off. When the coolant starts coming out of the top of the intake, you know it is full.
