Well, the front drive shaft isn't gonna work as is. The carrier style OEM bearing allows to much movement and the driveshaft can move around just enough to rub the LF lower link bracket and the exhaust. Gonna have to figure out a different setup. Something a little more rigid and can't move around. Will probably move the rear lower links up on the brackets to gain a little more clearance at the hiems as well.

My shafts are 1.57 or 40 mm. Seems he only offers 1.5

Wonder if I can force it . Maybe stick my shaft in the freezer for awhile lol.

Make something similar? Buy the cast version, pull the guts and put it in a machined piece. Kyle or Gary maybe?

Search "pillow block" on MSC or mcmastercarr. Hell amazon.com probably has them too.

I ordered this one.

It was $27 to my door. Figure I would get it in my hands and check it out.

I have always ran non greasable Spicers with tack welded caps to the shafts. I have never broke a cross shaft. The joint in this shaft looks fine other then the two missing caps. It looks as ifni could slide two caps on and keep running it. Obviously I won't lol.

In all honestly, I have been running a front 60 now for 3-4 yrs I think. And it has been the same inner shafts this whole time, wore out my lock right and rounded the teeth with these same shafts. This was my first inner shaft failure. I have broke multiple 30 spline stubs. But I have been running these same d70 Spicer 35 spline stubs for 2.5 yrs? With no failures.
